In our explorations we discovered property for sale in Soliman Bay. We purchased a lot when the Bay was absolutely secluded. It has been grand watching it grow into a small community of Palapa style homes, and some larger, (but no condos in the Bay). In 2001 we began construction on our home and moved in by December of the same year. It is wonderful to have our home in amongst the Palm Trees. It is so cool and refreshing all the time. No need for air conditioning because we are set back and surrounded with so much garden. The tropical breeze and oxygen from the plants keep us plenty cool. We love playing out front under our shade Palapas overlooking the gorgeous bay. Watch the sunrise, swim, snorkel, dive, kayak and people watch. We love the dogs who come by to say good morning and pick up a treat on their rounds. Cuca is our personal dog. And, we love our wonderful people neighbors as well! We gather ever so often for dinners on the patio and discuss the news of the area
Nah Alux is a private beach house, is 90 minutes south of Cancun on Mexico’s Caribbean coast. Soliman Bay is about half way between Akumal and Tulum.
Nah Alux is located on the soft white coral sand beaches of beautiful Soliman Bay. The waves break a few hundred yards out on the second longest barrier reef in the world. Kayak or snorkel in the calm waters right out your front door in a bay that abounds with the beautiful coral homes of many tropical fish, turtles, conch, and lobster. The bay is great snorkeling and kayaking for kids and adults alike.

Our villa is built for privacy. The kitchen and living room area has its own bath and is separated by a garden from the bedrooms. The bedrooms are private from each other and each has a king-size bed, or twins beds, private bath in each room and comfortable patios. The downstairs bedroom has a unique shower with a private garden.
There are two shade palapas on the beach with hammocks and beach chairs. A back stair from the kitchen house leads to a jungle deck which is great for watching the sunset and looking out over the mangrove. There is also a heated massage pool for your enjoyment.
A private Cook is available and can be arranged with our Manager, Rosa if desired.
